Ask anybody who knows me in real life and you’ll realize that I am not a healthy eater. Though I agree, eating right and exercising go hand in hand, I have a high metabolism which means I can eat and eat and not see any weight gains. That being said, that doesn’t protect me from diseases and clogged arteries. I tend to eat out a lot rather than making my own meals. I try and avoid burger joints, and instead opt for healthier options like chipotle or a sandwich place. When I do make a meal, I just make sure it’s balanced and portioned right. I’d offer you a recipe but I legit don’t have any.  Moral of the story - if you have a high metabolism, don’t take it as a free hall pass to eat anything - and if you’re on the other end of the spectrum, portion control is key - I’d recommend checking out the MyFitnessPal app for anybody who wants to eat healthier. :)
